We have been building websites for clients since the days of Mambo and Joomla 1.0 up to now, using Joomla as the foundation for our projects.

Once a website is handed over and operational, we often need to train users—many of whom have minimal computer experience—to understand concepts: module and position. This includes teaching them how to identify positions on the frontend. When new staff members are brought in to manage the website, even with documentation available, we still have to train them to grasp these terms. This process of explaining and guiding consumes time and effort from both trainers and users.

While Module Assignment is an excellent feature, it requires a significant amount of time for users to fully understand and utilize.

With XiroADMIN, selecting positions becomes as simple as clicking directly on the template (displayed in a modal). This approach is straightforward and user-friendly, saving us a great deal of time in training operators. Moreover, Module Assignment is clearly displayed on the first tab, making it convenient and easy to use.

Articles, Categories, and Media Our clients are not bloggers; they manage informational websites.

In the article form, users often have to click multiple tabs to access fields like Meta Data or Images, and then switch back to the Content tab. This tab-switching can be confusing, especially for less experienced content creators.

With XiroADMIN, frequently used and essential fields are now consolidated into the first tab. This improvement has made operations more convenient and user-friendly, significantly reducing training time.

Additionally, Categories now feature colors and folder icons, making it easier for new users to distinguish them from articles or field managers. This visual enhancement has reduced confusion and improved usability.
